Desert Oasis

2 acres of typical PNW Douglas fir forest with a creek and a pond...transplanted to Palm Springs for the year round warm weather and other gay nudists. Maintained with magic and glamoured to look like desert from outside to avoid people thinking you're abusing the water (which is magicked from the Columbia). The stream flows from/to the Columbia at the property boundaries too.

• Who is allowed on the property to see it as it really is?
• What happens if someone is swimming in the creek and crosses a boundary?
• What happens if someone is in the Columbia and gets sucked into the creek intake?
• How would PNW flora handle Palm Springs climate, even with rain and high temperature mitigation?
